AMAROSA

Amarosa is a mid-season fingerling variety with smooth bright red skin and deep red/pink flesh. These creamy nutritious fingerlings are great for baking, roasting, and grilling.

Red skin variety with fairly yellow flesh color and very high yield potential. It produces oblong, uniform-shaped tubers with shallow eyes and medium smooth skin. The number of tubers per plant is rather high.
Bintje

BINTJE

Bintje is a potato variety originating from the Netherlands. The tubers are small to medium in size and round in shape, with golden skin and yellow flesh underneath. The skin also has a silk-like finish, while the flavor is often described as light, unique, and nutty. It's recommended to serve Bintjes roasted or as french fries.
Dark Red Norland

DARK RED NORLAND

Red Norland is a red, early-maturing potato. Smaller tubers are commonly sold as "baby reds" and this variety is often served boiled or in potato salads.

DESIREE

Maincrop maturity, with high yields and early bulking. Medium dry matter, firm cooked texture, good boiling, fresh French fry, and mashing quality. High resistance to drought and good resistance to potato virus Yo and powdery scab. Susceptible to potato cyst nematode Globodera rostochiensis Ro1 and Globodera pallida Pa2/3,1, and mis-shapes on heavy soils. Moderately susceptible to spraying and mild mosaic viruses.
