CELANDINE
Celandine is a mid-early potato variety developed by HZPC and registered in France (2013). It produces long-oval, yellow-skinned tubers with pale yellow flesh and shallow eyes. Known for its firm texture and excellent taste, it is ideal for salads. The variety has good storability and a high tuber count, but is susceptible to late blight and PVY.

FABULA
Fabula is an excellent potato for boiling, no after cooking darkening or hollow heart has been noted. Wide adaptability enables producers in both Northern and Southern regions to record high marketable yields. Fabula equals reliability. Fabula is gaining market acceptance in the North American round white market.

FARIDA
The variety has a slight susceptibility to little potato disorder, avoid planting in cold soil. FARIDA can be grown on all soil types. On heavy soils a good structure is needed to avoid misshapen tubers. Pre-sprouting is not necessary, FARIDA can be planted with small white buds. FARIDA can be planted early but avoid planting in cold conditions.

IVORY RUSSET
Ivory Russet is a second early variety for the french fry market. In trials it demonstrated resistance to dry rot (F. coeruleum), black dot, silver scurf, powdery scab and skin spot. The variety had susceptibility to dry rot (F. sulphureum), blackleg, tuber late blight, common scab, and bruising and splitting.
