La cadena de supermercados británica Tesco, ha introducido de forma piloto un etiquetado de la “huella de carbono” en las patatas con el fin de que los consumidores puedan elegir si lo desean aquellas en cuya producción haya menos emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero.
