Opbrengst en kwaliteit pootgoedoogst is goed

De oogst van pootaardappelen is voor ongeveer 65 procent klaar.

De kwaliteit, grofte en opbrengst is goed. Wel komt schurft en rhizoctonia voor. Dit zijn de waarnemingen van Jan Hoogenboom, financieel manager bij HZPC, en Agrico’s commercieel directeur Jan van Hoogen.

De oogst van pootgoed schiet flink op, zegt Hoogenboom. Volgens hem is Flevoland nagenoeg klaar en is Noord-Nederland voor ruim 65 procent gevorderd. "We zitten een tot twee weken vroeger dan normaal", vertelt Hoogenboom. "We kijken tegen een goede opbrengst aan met aanmerkelijk minder bovenmaten dan in de voorgaande jaren. Door de goede knolzetting is het product veel fijner. Daar zijn we tevreden over."
