La cooperativa argentina CAUQueVa fue seleccionada junto a otras siete experiencias “socialmente innovadoras” para figurar en un informe de la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL).
En el estudio se ponderan los aportes de la cooperativa a la producción de cultivos andinos, la adopción de procesos agroecológicos y certificación, como también la producción de alimentos procesados y la comercialización en mercados dinámicos.
