The Prince Edward Island Potato Board has launched a series of “Tater Talk” videos, featuring consumers talking about why they love PEI Potatoes.
Members of the public were keen to share their reasons for buying and eating PEI Potatoes and how they choose to prepare them, as well as sharing stories about the importance of Prince Edward Island Potatoes to their family.
These consumer testimonials were recorded at a specially designed booth at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto last November as part of the Board’s annual presence at Canada’s premier agricultural event.
Kendra Mills, Marketing Director of the Prince Edward Island Potato Board, notes that producing these videos are “a way to capture all of these great stories, messages and compliments and to share them with not only our consumers, but with our industry. We have so much to be proud of, and it is extremely humbling to know how significant PEI Potatoes have been to someone’s life.”
The Board was assisted in video creation and design by Fresh Media of Charlottetown.  A total of six short videos are available to view on the PEI Potatoes YouTube channel and can be viewed here.
