Food processing company Iscon Balaji Foods Pvt Ltd (IBF) has commissioned India’s biggest French Fries plant in Gujarat. IBF’s new plant stands testimony to its commitment to deliver best-in-class Make In India products to the world.

IBF is already the biggest Indian supplier of French Fries and dehydrated potato flakes in South East Asia, a feat it achieved within less than a decade of operations. IBF has been manufacturing Frozen French Fries since 2016. The four-fold strategic capacity augmentation by IBF is in tune with the growing demand for French Fries across the globe, including South East Asia where it is a market leader.

IBF would continue its dominance as a potato processor in the global food processing landscape with the new state-of-the-art facility that processes up to 150,000 metric tonnes of potatoes per annum.

The greenfield factory in the potato heartland of Gujarat in Sabarkantha district is the Indian subcontinent’s largest French Fries factory and takes IBF’s consolidated frozen potato products processing capacity up to 200,000 metric tonnes per annum.

With a formidable track record as a manufacturer and supplier to over 800 clients in India and across 20 countries, IBF has been a torchbearer for the food processing industry in the Asia Pacific.
