Grimmway Produce Group Launches Organic Bite-Size Potato Program Under Cal-Organic Farms Label

Grimmway Produce Group’s Cal-Organic Farms launched a year-round organic bite-size potato line with gold, red, medley, fingerling, and novelty nibbles in mesh packs, expanding convenience. Orders start March 9 after debut at SEPC Southern Exposure.

The potatoes are packed in breathable bags featuring half poly film and half mesh material.

New crop California organic potatoes start shipping

Starting April 26, Cal-Organic Farms will start shipping freshly harvested, new crop red and gold potatoes to customers from its facility in Lamont, CA. The company’s organic rainbow fingerling variety is set to ship mid-May and organic russets will follow in mid-June.
