The Sormac CRP Roller Peeler is a robust U-shaped carborundum roller peeler designed for efficient peeling and polishing of potatoes, carrots and onions. The machine is available with either 10 or 12 rollers, providing flexibility for different processing requirements.
The CRP has a capacity of up to 8,000 kg/h and can process products with diameters ranging from 30 to 200 mm. For additional process flexibility, the machine is also available with individual controlled roller speeds, allowing the roller operation to be adjusted according to processing requirements.

The carborundum roller system is designed for peeling and polishing products in continuous processing operations. Its robust construction and high throughput make the CRP suitable for industrial vegetable-processing applications.
