The Sormac RLT Roller Inspection Table is a transport table designed to rotate products during inspection, helping operators efficiently identify and remove unwanted product. The system includes waste and return chutes and is available in different lengths of up to 5 metres.
The RLT is suitable for inspecting products such as potatoes and carrots, with product specifications ranging from 20 to 200 mm in diameter and a maximum product length of 500 mm. The table dimensions depend on the selected configuration.
Efficient Product Inspection
The roller inspection table continuously rotates products as they move along the transport rollers, providing an effective setup for visual inspection. Waste and return chutes are included to support the removal and return of products during the inspection process.
Different table lengths can be supplied, with configurations available up to 5 metres, allowing the RLT to be adapted to different processing-line requirements.
Hygienic and Robust Design
The RLT incorporates a collapsible roll that allows product remains to be continuously removed from between the transport rollers. Its motor drive is completely constructed from stainless steel and is splashproof with an IP69K rating.
For hygienic operation, the side plates can be removed quickly and easily, providing improved access for cleaning.
Available Options
The RLT can be equipped with a frequency converter and an infeed hopper, depending on the requirements of the processing line.
