The Little Gem Aspire Dicer from Urschel is a compact cutting machine developed for fruit and vegetable processing applications. Designed for facilities where production space is limited, the machine offers a small footprint while supporting precision cutting performance across a range of product formats.
The machine is ready to run and can produce slices from 2 mm to 10 mm, as well as strips and dices up to 20 mm. Urschel describes it as a new cutting concept based on patented technology developed by its Innovation & Development team through extensive research, development and customer collaboration.
The product has not yet been officially presented, with its formal reveal scheduled to take place at upcoming trade shows beginning in May 2026.
