Key Technology and PPM Technologies have expanded their presence in the Australia and New Zealand market with the opening of a new Customer Experience Center in Melbourne. The new facility is designed to bring sales, service, spare parts, technical support, and live equipment demonstrations closer to regional food processors.

State-of-the-Art Demo Lab for Processors

The 300-square-meter center features a modern demonstration laboratory where processors can experience advanced technologies firsthand, including the company’s COMPASS optical sorter. The facility also provides opportunities for applications testing, operator training, and direct collaboration with technical specialists to help customers improve product quality, maximize yield, and reduce operational costs.

Strengthening Regional Support Across Australia and New Zealand

The opening marks a return to direct, in-region operations for Key, strengthening the company’s ability to provide faster response times and more localized customer support throughout Australia and New Zealand. 

According to the company, the center will play a key role in building long-term partnerships with food processors across the region while supporting innovation and efficiency in food processing operations. 

Regional Sales Manager Will Rogers will lead regional customer engagement efforts, bringing extensive technical expertise and hands-on industry experience to support processors with practical processing and sorting solutions.
