El Consejo Nacional de la Papa de los Estados Unidos (NPC, por sus siglas en ingles) ha lanzado un nuevo sitio web para defender el consumo de papa en las escuelas.
El objetivo del sitio es informarle mejor al público y proveerle de un mecanismo de fácil uso para comunicar sus observaciones a los legisladores en Washington.
Según el Director Ejecutivo del NPC, John Keeling, "El sitio está diseñado para ser un punto clave en el apoyo de nuestra posición referente a que no hay necesidad de limitar los vegetales ricos en almidón en los planes de alimentación escolar".
