This line is designed to wash industrial potatoes. The principle is that a box is placed in the machine, which then slowly tilts the box so that a hopper or elevator is filled.

In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.

Wyma's V2B Vege-Polisher™ has a rotating drum made up of rows of nylon brushes. Produce enters via a large infeed chute. Two water pipes spray fresh and/or recycled water on the produce as it travels through the drum.

Allround Mobile washer PD 500 washing machine is designed for cleaning produce. After the produce falls into the water it floats to a rotating drum. While the produce floats, stones and dirt sink to a waste belt at the back of the machine.
