Wyma’s Wet Hopper is a cost effective, multi-purpose, pre-washing system, designed to remove excess mud, dirt and sand from produce without causing damage.

Wyma's Clean Wet Hopper receives and stores produce in water prior to packaging, eliminating the need for boxes/bins. Flumes or conveyors gently carry produce to the bunker.

This line is designed to wash industrial potatoes. The principle is that a box is placed in the machine, which then slowly tilts the box so that a hopper or elevator is filled.

The Potato Slice Washer Conditioner is a versatile piece of equipment provides controlled washing or blanching of potato slices. Choose from hot water blanching or cold water washing to maintain consistent chip quality when using different grades of potatoes.

In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.

Tummers Washing line Destoner/Washer unit is a stainless steel machine combination for destoning and washing potatoes and tubers that was developed for 24/7 industrial use. Optionally the machine can be set up to separate floating parts (foliage and stalks) from your product.

Wyma's Barrel Washer is a cost-effective machine that effectively and gently washes fresh produce while removing soil and small stones. Produce can be partially or fully submerged during washing. As the perforated barrel rotates, vegetables rub against each other and the barrel for a gentle clean.

Medium Potato line is a 25-ton line which has two receiving options. Produce may be received directly from a field harvest truck or via storage bins using an Electric Bin Tipper.

The Allround vegetable washing machines are designed to operate with a water basin. In this water basin, the water used in the commercial vegetable washer is recirculated to be used again.

The Potato Slice Speed Washer is designed with a turbulent water bath with fresh water sprays provides more extensive starch and scrap removal than other models and quickly rinses surface starch and particles from potato slices for uniformly finished chips and cleaner fryer operation. This model can also be modified for banana and plantain slices.

The Allround Wet hopper, previously called Jacuzzi, is used as a pre-cleaning device. The product falls in the water, where the sticky soil makes it heavier.
