Sormac DMA is a high-capacity potato cutting machine that halves or quarters potatoes into 2, 4 or 8 pieces. Its unique alignment system ensures precise positioning and uniform cuts for potatoes Ø25–80 mm at up to 32,000 pieces/h.

Sormac’s CBS/MBS peeling machine offers flexible carborundum or knife peeling for potatoes and root vegetables. With up to 350 kg/h capacity, compact design, touchscreen control and quick changeover, it delivers efficient, hygienic processing.

Sormac’s CRP roller peeler is a robust U-shaped carborundum system with 10 or 12 rollers, offering up to 8,000 kg/h capacity. Individual roller speed control enables efficient, consistent peeling and polishing of potatoes and root vegetables.

Sormac’s RLT roller inspection table rotates products during inspection and includes waste and return chutes. Available in lengths up to 5 metres, it features hygienic design, stainless steel IP69K motor and a collapsible roll for easy cleaning.

Sormac’s AFW-DB weighing machine is designed for weighing potatoes up to Ø150 mm, with a capacity of 1,800 kg/h. The machine is suitable for weighing and mixing applications and features a compact, robust design for efficient potato processing.

Sormac’s SO screw destoner removes stones and partly sand from potatoes, carrots, celery and beetroot without damaging the product. It offers low water consumption, reliable operation and capacity up to 5,000 kg/h for products up to 200 mm.

Sormac’s VBK storage bunker is designed for storing and feeding potatoes, onions and carrots, while also serving as an inline buffer. It offers a capacity of 5.5 m³ and handles products up to Ø200 mm.

Sormac’s ABK infeed bunker is designed for buffering and feeding potatoes, carrots and onions. It offers a 4.3 m³ capacity, handles products up to Ø200 mm, and measures 3,565 × 2,320 × 1,750 mm.

Sormac’s NB wet bunker buffers potatoes after scraping or peeling, using about 600 litres of water. It has a 200 kg capacity and handles potatoes from Ø50–150 mm, supporting efficient supplying within potato processing operations.
