Allround polishers are designed to polish produce. This process is commonly used by companies that want to give their products a ‘premium’ look and feel. Furthermore, a lot of irregularities in the product will be polished away by this machine, and this process increases the shelf life of the produce as well.

TD Range

The TD (turning drum) machine consists of a rotating drum with counter-rotating brushes. This causes the top surface of the product to be cleaned very thoroughly. Depending on the product and required result, Allround will advise on the hardness of the brush.

RM Range

The RM (rocking motion) machine consists of a roller bed that has a rocking motion with counterrotating brushes. This causes the top surface of the product to be cleaned very thoroughly.

Depending on the product and required result, Allround will advise on the hardness of the brush. Brushes are very easy to clean. Less suitable for the long thin products. Types and specifications

Options

Water cleaning system

Allround offers a water cleaning system for water coming out of the machine. This system is only available for the TD. This system is recommendable when the water from the machine is directed to a water basin through a filter belt, as this system cleans the water from larger particles.

Specific legs height

Allround offers legs up to height 1000 mm and 2000 mm.

Allround Box Storage

With Allround box storage the products are stored in large bins. The product is stacked up to about 6 boxes high. Box storage is a very flexible way to store agricultural products.

Allround Receiving Hopper

The Allround Receiving Hopper is designed to feed or act as a buffer in loading and unloading lines or processing lines. The hopper is designed in such a way that it can be fed by tip trailers, box tippers, and big bags.

Allround Shake Grader

The Allround Shake grader is designed to grade potatoes according to the square size. The potatoes are fed to the top of the machine onto the top sieve. The sieves in the machine shake in sequential frequencies, which causes the potatoes to move along on the sieves.
