Aquantis Moisture-Sense

The Aquantis Moisture-Sense addresses the need for inline bulk moisture analysis for the French Fries industry. The sensor combines ultra-low power microwave technology and artificial intelligence to achieve continuous and accurate moisture/dry matter measurements.

The unique design of the transmitter and receiver ensures consistency and reliability of the results (patent pending). The same technology is compatible with both drying and frying processes with minimal calibration.

The Aquantis Moisture-Sense provides continuous quality control and real-time feedback of the moisture content. The factories can replace the current labor-intensive quality control procedure using operator-independent inline measurements and reallocate the manpower.

Real-time feedback is key to optimizing and automating the drying and frying processes of French Fries. Consequently, the production can get closer to the moisture content targets resulting in increased production efficiencies and lower energy costs.
