RH 24 MSF receiving hoppers are suitable for medium-sized and larger businesses with medium to heavy conditions.
The receiving hopper, type RH 24 MSF, is equipped with a 2.4 m wide hopper floor and a corresponding MultiSep unit. The machine and its equipment enables throughput rates of 100 to 140 tonnes per hour under favourable conditions. The large intake volume combined with the high throughput rate ensures that the transport vehicles are emptied quickly. The specific construction of the receiving hopper, the "active pocket sealings" and the MultiSep cleaning unit are features, that enable maximum cleaning performance and highest throughput capacity at the same time.
The infinitely variable drive (standard) allows easy adaptation to various conditions. The wide range of options enables optimum adaptation to the respective operational requirements.
Operation of the hopper is intuitive and convenient with the help of the new IBX 300 ISOBUS operator unit. Numerous assistance systems, such as Remain Control and Capacity Control, take the strain off the operator while maximizing crop protection and storage performance.
Standard equipment
- Front section (receiving) with a width of 3.1 m
- Stuffing for both side panels of the front section (receiving)
- Hopper floor with horizontal head end at top
- Deep, soft "pockets" hopper floor
- Active pocket sealing
- Robust hopper floor chains supported on external bearings
- Infinitely adjustable hopper floor speed from 0.5 to 5 m/min
- Transfer web (presentation belt) PB 240 x 80 cm
- Soil cleaning is performed by a MultiSep unit with 4 pairs of rollers, each consisting of a segment roller and a smaller clod roller.
- Hydraulically operated distance and levelling adjustment of the MultiSep unit.
- Infinitely speed adjustment of the segment rollers, clod rollers and PU spiral rollers.
- Difference speed setting of the PU spiral coils
- Soil cross conveyor
- Pre-grading cross conveyor
- Crop cross conveyor
- ISOBUS operator unit IBX 300
The machine offers a wide range of adjustment options for optimum adaptation to any harvesting conditions – conveniently controlled from the operator terminal. The direction of rotation and speed of each of the two MultiSep roller pairs can be adjusted separately. The position of the clod roller can be adjusted hydraulically and the inclination of the entire MultiSep unit can be set from ascending to descending on the operator terminal.

Maximum flexibility in adjustment
To protect the operator, the MultiSep unit is enclosed by protective equipment. However, direct visual inspection of the separation performance is still possible thanks to the large viewing windows and working lights.

Safe protective equipment
The slight ‘walking’ movement of the surface causes the segment rollers to self-clean. The protective equipment is designed with cleaning flaps for further cleaning of the machine. This allows the scrapers to be cleaned with a spatula. Blockages can be cleared using the reverse function, meaning that no manual intervention in the machine is necessary.

Reverse function and manual cleaning
The hydraulic distance and levelling adjustment allows quick and easy adaptation of machine settings to changing conditions. The distance and levelling adjustment is conveniently carried out from the operator unit / operating terminal.
