The Comitrol® Processor Model 3640A High Speed (M3640A-HS) is ideal for processing tough or fibrous products in small volume to high capacity production environments. Equipped with VFDs (variable frequency drives) on both the impeller motor and the screw feeder motor, this allows increased speeds to be achieved for greater processing versatility.

This variable speed option on the impeller motor accomplishes speed controls between 1,500 up to 6,000 rpm. VFD soft-start is incorporated into the design. Retracting and swivel action built into feed hopper design eases maintenance.
