Idaho Pacific is a manufacturer of Dehydrated potato flour, potato flakes and potato granules.

Idaho Pacific acquired AgraWest Foods in 2000 and a potato flakes producing facility in Center, Colorado in 2002.

In 2004, Idaho Pacific became part of Ottertail Corporation.

On May 6, 2011 Otter Tail Corporation sold Idaho Pacific Holding to affiliates of Novacap Industries III, L.P., for approximately USD 87.0 million.

In July 2016, Novacap announced the sale of Idaho Pacific to the Arlon Group.

Novacap, a Canadian private equity firm, announced today that they have sold Idaho Pacific, a company specializing in dehydrated potato products to Arlon Group, a food and agriculture investment firm with a global network that supports investments across the entire food supply chain in the Americas.
