The merger was announced in July 2010 and completed in December of 2010. Brands of Snyder's - Lance include Snyder’s of Hanover (pretzels), Lance (Sandwich crackers), Cape Cod (Kettle cooked potato chips), Pretzel Crisps (Pretzel crackers), Krunchers!
