Chifeng City Linkage Food Co. in Inner Mongolia celebrated this grand official opening on 29 December 2010. The owner Mr. Yen had invited many dignitaries and the representatives of BMA China to witness the official production start of the BMA AV500 potato flake production line.
Chifeng City Linkage Food Co. Ltd. has successfully taken the step from potato growing to potato processing. The complete potato flake production line manufactured by BMA Nederland BV has an output capacity of 500 kg/hr. This is the first of BMA’s new generation of flake drums in China. The drum has special sensors that facilitate fully automatic scraping control of the satellite rollers as a function of the amount of product upstream. This innovation from BMA reduces human intervention in the production process and enhances the quality of the final product.
