Kiremko's recently delivered fryer shows 'Size really does Matter!'
May 22, 2013

Equipment manufacturer Kiremko recently produced and delivered a complete French fry line including a substantial 2-stage fryer to one of the largest fries producers in Western Europe.

This fryer has been developed by Kiremko's engineering department and is truly state of the art, incorporating a special cantilevered belt with an exceptional width of 2.4 meters (almost 8 feet) and is suitable for both coated and uncoated French fries.

The 2-stage fryer has a capacity of 25 to 35 tons of fries per hour depending on the quality of product the customer requires.

Most European potato processors use long and narrow fryers, while in North America the fryers are often shorter but wider.

This newly produced Kiremko 2-stage fryer is long and wide. It has a length of 16 meters and a width of up to 2.4 meters, which meets the requirements of the largest producers.

By applying a cantilevered conveyor belt the maintenance is reduced to a minimum whilst maintaining maximum operational reliability.

The fryer has many innovations, including a full stainless steel construction, a precise leveling through radar sensors and a balanced oil circulation and filtration system. A wonderful piece of technology and in this case the phrase “size really does matter” could not be more accurate. Kiremko Food Processing Equipment
