World Potato Congress has announced the appointment of Dr. Anika Molesworth as a Congress Ambassador and Leith Forrest as the Congress MC of the World Potato Congress to be held in Adelaide from June 23rd to 26th, 2024.

Anika Molesworth is a renowned thought-leader in agro-ecological systems resilience, holding a PhD in international agriculture and environmental management. 

She is a prominent spokesperson driving the conversation on rural climate solutions particularly the critical role of farmers in mitigating climate change. 

Anika's commitment to agriculture and climate advocacy has been well recognised, with numerous awards and accolades to her name.

Leith Forrest is best known as the number 1 rating night time announcer at FIVEaa radio in Adelaide. He has worked alongside Chris McDermott and Little Heroes Foundation (the charity partner of the World Potato Congress 2024) for 20 years hosting a number of their events each year.
