Czech Potato Specialist Medipo Agras Joins Europatat Strengthening the European Potato Sector

Europatat has announced that MEDIPO AGRAS H.B. spol. s r.o. has joined the association, further strengthening representation from the Czech potato sector within the European potato industry.

Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Havlíčkův Brod, the family-owned company has built more than 30 years of expertise in seed, ware and processing potatoes. Medipo Agras plays a key role in supporting the development of the potato industry in the Czech Republic through variety selection, seed multiplication and market expansion.

The company manages a diverse portfolio of over 100 potato varieties for both fresh consumption and industrial processing applications, including fries, chips and starch production. By closely monitoring varietal innovation across Europe, Medipo Agras aims to provide growers and processors with high-performing and reliable potato solutions.
