Forsfood Group Oy has officially entered a new phase of development after signing an agreement to become part of Orat Oy and Banmark Oy Ab, marking a strategic acquisition in the food processing machinery sector.

Orat Oy contributes over 50 years of expertise in machinery, materials, service, and technical support, while Forsfood brings more than 30 years of experience in designing and manufacturing food processing machinery and complete processing lines. Together, the group aims to deliver more comprehensive solutions and stronger technical capabilities to global customers.

Operations to Continue Under Forsfood Brand Without Disruption

Forsfood confirmed that there will be no immediate changes to its daily operations. The company will continue to operate under its existing name, with its current team, contacts, and service structure remaining unchanged.

All ongoing projects, maintenance services, spare parts supply, and customer support will continue as normal, ensuring uninterrupted service for customers and partners.
