FPS Food Process Solutions advances global expansion with new manufacturing, logistics and technology hubs

FPS Food Process Solutions (FPS), a global supplier of turn-key food processing solutions, is advancing a major global expansion program aimed at strengthening its manufacturing, technology, and service footprint across key international markets. The multi-region development plan targets increased capacity, improved logistics, and closer proximity to customers in the global food manufacturing sector.
The expansion program spans the Middle East and Africa, North and South America, Europe, and Asia, with several new facilities and upgrades scheduled to come online throughout 2026.
Expanding regional manufacturing and logistics hubs
FPS MEA has opened its second location in central Morocco, designed to operate as a regional logistics center overseeing equipment, spare parts, and inventory for the Middle East and Africa. The new site is scheduled to be fully operational in January 2026.
In the United States, GEM Equipment of Oregon is undergoing renovations to expand its Mt. Angel, Oregon facility. The project, expected to be completed in spring 2026, will deliver 110,000 ft² (10,200 m²) of space dedicated to manufacturing, spare parts, inventory, and office functions.
FPS Brazil is establishing a new site in São Paulo within a major industrial technology hub. The 29,000 ft² (2,700 m²) facility, planned for completion by summer 2026, will support manufacturing, spare parts distribution, and office operations.
Technology and innovation-driven growth
In Asia, FPS China recently held a ground-breaking ceremony in Zhongshan, Guangdong. The nine-floor, 119,000 ft² (11,100 m²) facility is scheduled for completion in autumn 2026 and will integrate a food production platform, equipment research and development, a global training center, and a technological command center enabling real-time remote equipment monitoring.
FPS Europe is also expanding its operations, with plans to complete the enlargement of its Goes, Netherlands facility by the end of 2026. The project will add manufacturing capacity and inventory space, bringing the total facility size to 61,000 ft² (5,700 m²).
