Plant Grow Harvest has announced the expansion of its potato portfolio and year-round fresh supply through the launch of two dynamic consumer brands and advancements in its proprietary seed breeding program.

Earlier this year, the company introduced Tasty Little Digs, a collection of petite, flavor-forward potatoes, including Creamers, Fingerlings, and Organics, which made their retail debut in March 2025. Celebrated by shoppers for their taste, convenience, and versatility, Tasty Little Digs delivers quick, nutritious meal options without compromising on flavor, meeting consumer demand for premium, easy-to-prepare produce.

Building on that success, the company will debut Big! Digs at IFPA 2025, a unified approach to mainstream potato marketing featuring Russets, Reds, and Yellows. Developed to address the overwhelming label clutter that has long complicated the potato aisle, Big! Digs introduces a clear, consistent brand identity that simplifies the shopping experience. The line empowers retailers to better organize their displays while helping consumers easily identify the potatoes they love.

Dave Yeager, Chief Sales Officer at Plant Grow Harvest:

"Our goal with Big! Digs is to restore clarity, confidence, and excitement to the potato category. The marketplace has become cluttered and confusing. Big! Digs cuts through the noise with bold, straightforward packaging that highlights potato features and uses, celebrating the crop while respecting the shopper."

The company has also strengthened its seed breeding program, focused on developing varieties optimized for flavor, quality, and sustainability. Supported by a strategic network of multi-region growing operations, the company now provides fresh dug potatoes for nine months of the year, an accomplishment in the category that ensures freshness and quality for both retailers and consumers.

To find out more, attendees of the Global Produce & Floral Show in Anaheim, CA this month are invited to stop by the company’s booth, #4347.
