Idaho Supreme Potatoes Inc. is a potato processing company in Idaho producing dehydrated potato flakes and potato specialties.
Idaho Supreme Potatoes, located in Firth, Idaho, began operations in 1967 as a fresh potato packing business before expanding into potato dehydration in 1969. It has since become one of North America's leading potato dehydration factories.
Idaho Pacific Holdings purchased the company in 2018, carrying on its heritage of producing high-quality dried potatoes. The factory produces a wide range of goods, including dried potato flakes, flour, slices, dices, and shreds/hash browns, for various food processing and restaurant applications.
They also offer mashed potato blends, scalloped and au gratin casseroles, and seasoned and unseasoned hashbrowns. The company produces 60 million pounds potato flakes annually.
In addition to its own Idaho Supreme brand, the company manufactures potato products for the Dollar Store under the Alpine Foods label.
