The DiversaCut Sprint® Dicer is a high performance dicer designed to uniformly dice, strip cut, and slice a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, and meats. Efficiency and flexibility are key traits of the Sprint®.

The 2520 takes the design of the TranSlicer 2510 to the next level. Every facet of the machine focuses on timesaving, therefore cost-saving, sanitation practices.

The Flo-Cut® Model 360 cutting head is designed for use in large volume watergun systems, or with the Urschel Model VSC Cutter. This unit can be integrated into watergun systems and offers fast, easy cutting head replacement for changing knives or sizes of cuts.

The Model VSC produces a wide range of segments, slabs, or rectangular strips. Several different cutting set-ups are available including standard heads, Flo-Cut® Model 360 heads, and Velocicut® heads. The M VersaPro® (MVP) Dicer provides the best in sanitary design and the ultimate in versatile cutting of proteins. The MVP offers 33% increased feeding capacity versus the standard M6 due to wider belts, optimized cutting, and increased horsepower. 

The SureTec 240P is a high-capacity potato cutter for French fries and dices. Potatoes are aligned by an impeller and cut through a preset SureCut Unit, delivering precise cuts, long fry length, high yield, and reliable continuous operation.

The SureSet 16 Cutting Head is FAM's latest solution for high capacity slicing, such as in the production of potato chips

FAM Dorphy is a lower capacity dicer designed to uniformly dice, strip-cut and slice a wide variety of potatoes. It offers food processors precision cutting along with substantial savings in production time and product waste.

FAM Centris™ 315P slicer was specially developed for the potato chips/crisps industry. It is ideal for both smaller capacity batch-type lines and continuous lines.
