Wyma's Screen Sizer is a modular alternative to the Lift Roller Sizer that effectively sizes round produce in a continuous process. The Screen Sizer has a rotating screen with holes at a set size that separates produce into two sizes.

The Flexible Grader is widely deployable and can be mounted behind various brands of receiving hoppers, providing a simple way for you to clean or sort the product.

The Flo-Grade™ has been developed to be installed with our Flo-Cut™ sizer halver unit or on its own as a stand-alone potato or tuber grader. It has a tapered screw design for gentle grading and transfer of potatoes.

The Allround Radial grader is equipped with laterally placed grading rolls out of stainless steel. The distance between these rolls changes in steps over the different grading stages. Conveyor belts are placed under the machine, one for each grading size.

Pro-Vega RS roller graders sort round and elongated crops by diameter using stainless steel rollers. Available with 3–5 grades (expandable to 7), they offer manual or automated adjustment and frequency-controlled motors for flexible, gentle, and precise grading.

Nubbin Sorter by Sensitar is a key quality control unit in French fries lines. It removes short, broken, deformed, slim strips and debris, ensuring consistent length and appearance of finished products.

Tolsma-Grisnich Stone, clod and haulm seperator is used to make sure that unwanted elements like stones, clods and haulm is seperated from a batch of potatoes.

Herbort Destoner is equipped with a vertical screw. This screw helps separate stones and other similar material from the product thanks to the simultaneous washing effect.

The Tolsma-Grisnich salt and clay baths seperate products like potatoes with a varying alike weight (a.o. potatoes with a low under water weight).

In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.

The KW Washer destoner is a thoughtful combination of a drum washer, destoner and tools to remove floating debris. The unit has several options to manage water level and flow, allowing customization to your local conditions and product(s)
