Tummers offers washers/destoners with a capacity ranging from 15 tonnes/hr to 180 tonnes/hr and continues to develop for more efficiency and better quality.

The Allround Radial grader is equipped with laterally placed grading rolls out of stainless steel. The distance between these rolls changes in steps over the different grading stages. Conveyor belts are placed under the machine, one for each grading size.

Wyma’s Combi-System is a Destoner, Barrel Washer and Debris Remover in one machine.

The Wyma Hedgehog Top Remover removes carrot tops, loose dirt and leaves, etc from produce flow. Produce and debris are fed onto the upwardly rotating belt.

In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.

Tummers Washing line Destoner/Washer unit is a stainless steel machine combination for destoning and washing potatoes and tubers that was developed for 24/7 industrial use. Optionally the machine can be set up to separate floating parts (foliage and stalks) from your product.

Wyma's Screen Piece Remover effectively removes broken pieces, small stones and other debris from produce flow in a continuous process. It has a rotating screen with holes at a set size.

The Allround Shake grader is designed to grade potatoes according to the square size. The potatoes are fed to the top of the machine onto the top sieve. The sieves in the machine shake in sequential frequencies, which causes the potatoes to move along on the sieves.

The Retro Grader conditions the potato shreds through drying and chilling to help ensure a formable product. Retro gradation is a process that takes place within the potato itself when it is cooled down after boiling or blanching. It changes the structure of the cells inside the potato.

Flo-Mech's Finger Grader is an industrial stainless steel machine for custom sorting potatoes and tubers. The machine is directly adjustable, which means that production can continue while adjusting the settings.
