Federico Canete se ha criado desde niño en el negocio familiar. En el proceso de elaboración emplean siempre patata de Castilla y León. Desde 1960 elaboran patatas fritas en sartén a baja temperatura de forma artesanal manteniendo el sabor de antaño.
