McCain spreads the word on 'healthy chips'

McCain, the UK’s frozen potato brand, is raising the awareness of Rustic Oven Chips, the chip with four green traffic lights, with a new communications campaign.

Throughout August, McCain will be highlighting the health credentials of Rustic Oven Chips and “addressing the misconceptions that all chips are unhealthy”.

The campaign is targeting health-conscious affluent females through press and online advertorials.

The move builds on from the sponsorship of the Metro newspaper health pages, which started in July and continues into August.
