An internal shift of roles has allowed potato company Black Gold Farms the opportunity to add a Chief Operating Officer to its executive team. This role will implement the company’s Farm Better Strategy by carrying out operational plans that meet the strategic needs of the business and exceed customers’ expectations. This position emphasizes leadership and a member of the executive team requires strong leadership values.
