The Global Potato Summit 2025 commenced with great enthusiasm and industry-wide anticipation as Shri Shyam Singh Rana, Hon’ble Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of Haryana, along with Dr. Sudhanshu (APEDA), Mr. Sanderp Thakkar (Founder, Mantra Agri Solutions), Ms. Vinita Sudhanshu (GM, APEDA), and several international delegates, formally inaugurated the Grand Opening Ceremony at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida.

Their participation reinforced the Summit’s stature as South Asia’s most influential platform for investment, innovation, and knowledge exchange.
