AceCo StrapSlicer aims to the next-generation improvement of cutting blocks for potato processing.

The CP 300 Stick & Piece Cutter is a specialized machine used in fried snack factories that produce salty sticks. Once the wheat flour dough is prepared, it is processed in a sobadora (dough sheeter), where it is flattened into a sheet approximately 3 mm thick.

AceCo knife blocks and cutting heads are designed and built to deliver consistent, accurate cutting performance in non-stop, tough conditions of a modern potato processing plant.

Potato Chips Slicer (Heavy) – PO-2 is a robust machine with a 500–600 kg/hr capacity, made from fully SS 304 and bronze. It features a 1 HP motor with a variable speed drive and is designed to produce various chip styles like slice, stick (lachcha) etc.

The standard E TranSlicer Cutter (ETRS) accepts firm products up to 4" (101.6 mm) in diameter or leafy-type, compressible products up to 6" (152.4 mm). Interchangeable 20" (508 mm) diameter stainless steel cutting wheels reduce products with great precision and efficiency at high capacity.

Sormac DMA-90 has the capability to cut potatoes into 2, 4 or 8 pieces. The product must be supplied in doses. The machine has a stable frame, aligning rollers, and a cutting section with a centring and knife block.

The QuadraFlow hydro cutter combines excellent cutting results for French fries, slices, and wedges while guaranteeing optimum user-friendliness.
