Nederlandse Frites fabrikanten houden contract aardappelprijs voor 2009 gelijk

Aviko houdt de contractprijs voor fritesaardappelen dit jaar gelijk. Aviko doet dit, ook al zijn de kosten voor het aardappelverwerkend bedrijf gestegen. Dat zegt directeur Grondstoffen Dick Zelhorst van Aviko in een interview met het Agrarisch Dagblad. De nadruk in de contracten komt steeds meer te liggen op kwaliteit.

Ook Lamb Weston Meijer en McCain houden zowel de contractprijs als de pootgoedprijs hetzelfde als vorig jaar.

Farm Frites heeft de contractprijs iets verlaagd, maar omdat ook de pootgoedprijzen verlaagd zijn, ontvangen de telers in de contracten per saldo hetzelfde als vorig jaar.
