Media Today Group has announced the Global Potato Summit (GPS) 2025, a two-day international conference and exhibition taking place on December 11-12, 2025 at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida. The event includes live farm demonstrations near Hapur on December 13 and is positioned to become one of the most influential global platforms for innovation and collaboration across the potato value chain.

Centered on the theme “Empowering India’s Potato Ecosystem for Global Leadership,” GPS 2025 will offer comprehensive sessions covering international potato trends, advanced seed technologies, modern processing systems, export strategies, sustainability frameworks, cold chain advancements, and the expanding role of women leaders in the sector.

The conference will feature leading international experts, including:

Day 2 will be dedicated as an Open House for Farmers. A Farmers’ Forum led by experts from the International Potato Center (CIP) and other leading institutions will address practical challenges and opportunities. Live field demonstrations will showcase innovations in seed, agronomy, mechanization, irrigation, crop protection, and post-harvest solutions.

GPS 2025 aims to accelerate policy alignment, international partnerships, technology adoption, and trade development. The long-term vision is to support India’s growth as a major global exporter and technology hub within the potato sector by 2030.
