The company has a partnership with nonprofit Saratoga Bridges. Some of the organizations clients are hired to package the chips as part of a job training program.
According to the press release, purchase of the company includes “a completely debt free operational business, the Moon Brand Trademark protected packaging, extensive customer lists and good will, all copyrighted artwork and images, receivables, inventory, point of sale display racks, all social media platforms (web site, Facebook, Twitter, E-commerce) all office equipment, vendor lists, current memberships, all guarded product recipes and formulas and a complete transfer of all associated intellectual property. Also included is a small collection of Original Saratoga Chip antiques.”
