Urschel to Showcase New Little Gem Aspire Dicer with Advanced Cutting Solutions at Interpack 2026

Urschel will showcase its new Little Gem Aspire Dicer at Interpack 2026, taking place May 7–13 at Messe Düsseldorf in Düsseldorf. This latest cutting solution is designed for fruit and vegetable processing and will be featured alongside other established Urschel machines on the exhibition floor.

Visitors to Booth C34 in Hall 1 can explore additional equipment, including the E TranSlicer Cutter with conveyor, the Affinity Integra Dicer, and the Comitrol Disc Mill 380 (DM 380). Together, these systems demonstrate Urschel’s capabilities in delivering high-capacity, precise slicing, dicing, milling, and granulating solutions tailored for continuous production environments.

The Little Gem Aspire Dicer is ready to run and produce ideal cuts including slices from 2 mm to 20 mm, strips, and dices up to 20 mm. The Little Gem Aspire is engineered for a low total cost of ownership overall. The small footprint takes up limited production space. The E TranSlicer Cutter with built-in discharge conveyor is designed to continuously process firm and leafy, compressible products through interchangeable stainless steel cutting options for uninterrupted production. The built-in conveyor assists production by facilitating batch processing into totes or onto platforms. It eases routine servicing by maintaining the machine at floor level, and promotes optimized, controlled, and complete discharge of cut product to reduce waste.
