For the first time Emsland Group will be part of the well known >SNAXPO exhibition in the United States.
The world's largest trade show for the snack food industry offers an ideal platform for Emsland to present new innovations and well established products for international snack producers.
Snaxpo is taking place from March 20th - 23rd 2011 in Orlando, Florida and will bring together snack food professionals from more than 50 countries around the world.
Emsland Group will focus mainly on high quality solutions for snack applications, based on natural raw materials like potatoes and peas.
Emsland's portfolio includes potato starches, potato flakes and potato granules, all essential ingredients in snack products. As innovative alternative, pea starches from Emsland Group can provide crunchy texture, good expansion, bland taste, high shear resistance and good temperature stability.
Furthermore, Emsland will present special product solutions for baked snacks and gluten free foods. The newly developed Emfix® K1, Emsland's clean label starch, can be used in snacks as moisture regulator to extend shelf life and improve texture.
Emsland routinely participates in exhibitions such as a href="/node/1648" target="_blank">Food Ingredients Europe, Gulfood and Snackex and welcomes the opportunity to exhibit at SNAXPO to expose North American customers to our innovative, global and diverse product range.
The Emsland Group expert team is looking forward to meet you at booth 101 in Orlando.
