Frozen French Fries Plant
Manufacturing the French fries and the frozen French fry do not have much difference. It differs only in the final part of frying and freezing. The frozen French fries take lesser time to fry than the fresh French fries.
Model VSC Segment Cutter
The Model VSC produces a wide range of segments, slabs, or rectangular strips. Several different cutting set-ups are available including standard heads, Flo-Cut® Model 360 heads, and Velocicut® heads. quik-coat® RD 5
The tna quik-coat® RD 5 has a grooved roller that ensures a consistent application of the ingredient cross band up to 1500 mm (59”). The roller and hopper can be removed for cleaning and quick product changes.

Allround hoppers are designed to feed machines or product lines or act as a buffer in a processing line. The hopper is designed to work with cubic boxes and big bags.
