Florigo ultra-clean® OC 3 conducts separation of stones from root vegetables, including potatoes through a cyclone effect.
Radial grader
The Allround Radial grader is equipped with laterally placed grading rolls out of stainless steel. The distance between these rolls changes in steps over the different grading stages. Conveyor belts are placed under the machine, one for each grading size.

Hydrolift Destoner
The Hydrolift Destoner rinses and removes debris and rocks from product, while elevating it to the next step in your process.
Stone, clod and haulm seperator
Tolsma-Grisnich Stone, clod and haulm seperator is used to make sure that unwanted elements like stones, clods and haulm is seperated from a batch of potatoes.
Cyclone Destoner
The Cyclone destoner removes stones and clay shells. The gradient of the funnel and the variable water flow determines the optimum result.
Spiral roller grader SRS
The Sormac spiral roller grader is used for grading peeled root products, particularly potatoes. The machine is equipped with a number of plastic rollers provided with a spiral-shaped groove.
Combi-System
Our Combi-System combines a Tank Destoner, Barrel Washer and Floating Debris Remover. Produce and stones are fed into the Tank Destoner.
Desoiler unit
Tolsma-Grisnich develops complete dry soil removers that can operate as part of a line or as stand-alone units.

Small line to pack potatoes

Herbort Destoner is equipped with a vertical screw. This screw helps separate stones and other similar material from the product thanks to the simultaneous washing effect.
