Wyma's Mini Wet Hopper (for buffer storage) is great when you need in-line buffer storage and produce soak at the clean end of your line. It can also be used for chemical applications.

The Crate Dumper is a rugged and reliable system designed to safely tilt crates of potatoes, onions, and other produce into a metering hopper. Capable of handling crates weighing up to 3,300 pounds, it features a machine-mounted hydraulic tilt system that allows forklift loading and precise control of the product discharge rate.

Flo-Mech offers a range of box or crate tipping and unloading systems along with buffer hoppers to suit your requirements.

Wyma's Bunker is a dry hopper. It receives and stores produce for automatic, controlled delivery to your processing line. Each Bunker can hold up to 50t of produce with small amounts of dirt and clods.

The new Intralox® Series 1750 Flush Grid belt takes abrasion resistance to a new level. It is a superior solution for use in the harsh conditions wet (potato) receiving lines.

Wyma Web Conveyor & Elevator belts are made with rubber-coated steel bars. Gaps between the bars allow debris or water to fall through the belt, separating it from produce flow.

Allround box unstacker is designed to speed up the process of unstacking and can be easily added to existing lines. This process provides a logistic advantage by reducing forklift movements.

The Allround Pick Up scooter APS 250 is designed to empty bulk storage facilities. The bulk stores are cleared by the Pick-Up scooter by scooping up the produce. There is one driver needed, who will be working in comfort.

The Drop limit box tipper is a box tipper where the drop is limited, which leads to less damage to the product. The tilting of the box is done in three steps: The cubic box is put into the machine, after which the crate is clamped against a cover plate.

The FLOW-SURE vibratory conveyor is an electromagnetic system widely used in snack processing. With built-in sensors, shared E-MOTION controls, and options like gates, screens, and VIBRA WEIGH seasoning, it delivers precise, efficient, and reliable product distribution.

Allround box fillers are designed to fill boxes of various sizes in the most product-friendly way possible. The machines are designed in such a way that the fall height is reduced as much as possible.

In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.
