Adirondack Red

ADIRONDACK RED

Adirondack Red is a potato variety with red flesh and skin. The Adirondack varieties are unusual because both the skin and the flesh are colored and have high levels of anti-oxidants.
All Blue

ALL BLUE

All Blue is a late season variety with fairly compact plants. Yields are usually high. Tubers are uniform and often in the 5 to 6 inch range. The flesh color is usually blue throughout at cooler soil temperatures, washing out a bit in warmer soils.

Andover is an early maturing chipping variety developed by Cornell University. Andover produces round tubers with a medium size profile.

Caribou Russet is gaining popularity as a dual purpose potato that delivers classic russet flavors; its great mashed, fried or baked. It performs well under dry land conditions with excellent early vine development and plant vigor and is very heat and drought tolerant.
