Foodera Technologies was founded in 2026 as a global food processing technology corporation, combining the experience and technologies of Kiremko, Idaho Steel, REYCO Systems, Tummers, and Van der Giessen. The group merges these enterprises into a single entity while keeping their existing technology and experience in potato and food processing. The firm is based in Montfoort, Netherlands, and has sites and teams throughout Europe, North America, and other regions.

Foodera Technologies is expanding its Indian footprint with a new location in Ahmedabad's GIFT City, set to open in November 2026. The India team is managed by Managing Director Ekant Agarwal and the Business Head for Operations and Developments Neeraj Singh, with more service and spare-parts staff hired locally. Customers in India will benefit from local spare parts availability, technical assistance, operator training, and on-site servicing, according to the business.
