The GRIMME PowerCombi is a high-capacity system with spiral rollers, CLS II, and TOMRA 3A, ensuring up to 98% accurate separation and reduced labour.

The slicer of Idaho Steel is used to size potatoes for processing. By slicing the whole potato, blanching time and product waste are reduced.

The Dal Washer is specifically designed for washing pulses like Moong Dal and Chana Dal. It is equipped with a heavy-duty washing mechanism and is made entirely from SS 304 stainless steel.

The Allround Shake grader is designed to grade potatoes according to their square size. The potatoes are fed to the top of the machine onto the top sieve. The sieves in the machine shake in sequential frequencies, which causes the potatoes to move along on the sieves.

Potato Chips Slicer (Heavy) – PO-2 is a robust machine with a 500–600 kg/hr capacity, made from fully SS 304 and bronze. It features a 1 HP motor with a variable speed drive and is designed to produce various chip styles like slice, stick (lachcha) etc.

The M VersaPro® (MVP) Dicer provides the best in sanitary design and the ultimate in versatile cutting of proteins. The MVP offers 33% increased feeding capacity versus the standard M6 due to wider belts, optimized cutting, and increased horsepower. 

Allround Vibration Plate is designed to fill boxes of various sizes in the most product-friendly way possible. The machines are designed in such a way that the product damage is reduced as much as possible and to fill a box completely from sides as well.

The Air Knife Water Removal System efficiently removes excess surface water from wet, freshly washed products. By generating two high-velocity air curtains across the width of a conveyor or washer discharge, the system lifts and separates the product to remove surface water, starch, and particles.

The CCW-RVE Series Multihead Weigher by Ishida is a cost-effective, mid-range weighing solution that combines pre-configured simplicity with advanced load cell technology.

Scarf Feeder accurately handles and distributes powders, granules, and fine seasonings for even product coverage. Designed for easy cleaning and low maintenance, it can be trolley-mounted for added convenience. A prototype feeder is also available for trials and testing.

Potato Chips Slicer (Regular) – PO-1 is a compact slicer with a capacity of 400–500 kg/hr, made from SS 304 and aluminum. Powered by a 0.5 HP motor, it is ideal for making slice, stick (lachcha), ruffle, and V-shaped chips with adjustable thickness.

Conveyor system create an oscillating movement that causes the friction of the product on the tray to clean the product and aroma residues on the tray. Avoids product breakage and facilitates cleaning by having a smooth surface with no hidden corners.
