Hedgehog Top Remover
The Wyma Hedgehog Top Remover removes carrot tops, loose dirt and leaves, etc from produce flow. Produce and debris are fed onto the upwardly rotating belt.
Hydrolift Destoner
The Hydrolift Destoner rinses and removes debris and rocks from product, while elevating it to the next step in your process.
Destoner
Herbort Destoner is equipped with a vertical screw. This screw helps separate stones and other similar material from the product thanks to the simultaneous washing effect.
Medium Potato Line
Medium Potato line is a 25-ton line which has two receiving options. Produce may be received directly from a field harvest truck or via storage bins using an Electric Bin Tipper.
Flume Destoner
Wyma's Flume Destoner removes stones and clods from your produce flow to minimize damage to equipment and produce further down your processing line.

Dry Powder Mixing and Blending
The function of the Dry Powder Mixing and Blending is that a pear-shaped mixer is used for blending various powder and paste-like liquid materials in small batches. It is equipped with two sets of dispersing knives to achieve a more uniform mixing of powders and liquids in a shorter time. Each batch can mix 300 kg of material.

Belt Inspection Table

Wyma's Spool Sizer gently sizes round produce into two sizes. Our Spool Sizer has a series of rotating rollers fitted with spools set apart at a specified distance.
Retro Grader
The retro grader conditions the potato shreds through drying and chilling to help ensure a formable product.
Horizontal Soil Remover
Wyma's Horizontal Soil Remover removes dirt, roots, and other debris from potatoes. Potatoes and debris are fed onto a belt with rubber pintles. Potatoes are carried forward and directed to the outfeed chute by the powered sweep roller.
